Thorntons Rewards Program On Track to Hit 1 Million Members
Gasoline and convenience store chain Thorntons Inc., has met its goal of registered Refreshing Rewards program members, and expects 1 million customers to register by the end of Q1 2015.
Thorntons’ Refreshing Rewards program segments registered customers by how often they visit the convenience store or buy gas. Thorntons delivers varying levels of rewards based on customer visits, spending and purchase behavior.
Launched in all 180 Thorntons' stores in September 2014, the program is already generating one extra visit per member each month.
