Red Lion Hotels Launches Hello Rewards Loyalty Program

Red Lion Hotels Corp. has launched Hello Rewards, a program designed to earn customer loyalty through a surprise-and-delight strategy.

Hello Rewards members will receive tailored promotions, retail services and benefits that reflect their member preferences and may be surprised with free future stays. The program is based on three cornerstones of customer service, the company said: creating moments of instant gratification, knowingly recognizing guests and fueling member passions.

"Our entire goal with Hello Rewards is to inspire and knowingly recognize our guests at different journey points through their experience with us," Bill Linehan, chief marketing officer at Red Lion Hotels, said in a press release. "As we build one-to-one relationships with members, our guests will benefit from perks that are catered specifically to them."
