Kohl’s Launches Yes2You Rewards Program

Wisconsin-based department store chain Kohl’s has launched Yes2You Rewards, a customer-loyalty program focused on personalization at both retail stores and online.

Yes2You members earn one point for every dollar they spend at Kohl’s and every 100 points equals $5 in rewards. In addition to an annual birthday gift, members will receive eight special savings offers throughout the year with the opportunity to earn bonus points.

Members can transer Yes2You Rewards points to family and friends who are also enrolled in the program or donate them to the Kohl’s Care initiative in support of children’s health and education programs nationwide.

“We are confident in the potential of Yes2You Rewards as we have been testing variations of the program for two years and have enrolled more than 10 million members in the pilot phase alone,” Michelle Gass, Kohl’s chief customer officer, said in a press release. “Yes2You Rewards is authentic to who we are as a company, offering exceptional value we know is important to our customers and allows us to engage in two-way dialogue to help deliver unique, meaningful experiences.”
