What was it about?
Canada may be among the most developed markets in the world when it comes to loyalty program participation, but its maturity appears to be in slight decline. While 90 percent of Canada's population is enrolled in at least one loyalty program – compared with 74 percent in the United States – participation is down from 2010, according to recent COLLOQUY research.
