How did MyCokeRewards.com loyalty program keep member activity from losing its fizz? That was the 2010 goal -shake up the action on 1.5 million members and aim for 100 million points to be entered monthly.
That called for a fantastic new Facebook page with navigation and reward redemption made faster and simpler, a whole new menu of 'gotta have it now' offers served up every week in Wednesday Deals from Coke and its partners, a new mobile web site, and an effervescent mix of promotions and fantastic giveaways including a Million Point Giveaway contest.
Results: 2010 proved to be the most successful year since the program's launch. MyCoke Rewards.com hit two significant milestones: 16 million members and 1 billion product codes entered. It's now a Top 500 visited site, with over 4 million monthly unique visitors, and the #1 CPG loyalty program online.
