About the COLLOQUY Loyalty Awards

Launched in 2010, the COLLOQUY Loyalty Awards recognize and celebrate companies who have exhibited bold and successful forays into Enterprise Loyalty. As the only peer-determined awards program in the loyalty industry, the COLLOQUY Loyalty Awards expanded globally in 2011.

The COLLOQUY Loyalty Awards process:

Step 1

A jury of senior thought leaders in the Enterprise Loyalty industry determined the finalists by reviewing and rating all entries. The three entries with the highest average score in each category became finalists in that award category.

Step 2

The loyalty industry then voted on the finalists to determine winners. The entry in each category that received the most votes from the loyalty industry won that award category. For more information and details, see FAQs.
