Kelly Hlavinka
Managing Partner, LoyaltyOne Consulting

As Managing Partner, Kelly directs all strategic consulting, publishing, education, and research projects at LoyaltyOne Consulting. Kelly joined the company in 1996 and joined the LoyaltyOne Consulting group in 2003. Under her direction, LoyaltyOne Consulting has become an internationally recognized authority on loyalty, attracting such notable clients as MGM MIRAGE, Eddie Bauer, Best Buy, HP Software, and VISA International.

An acknowledged expert in the theory and practice of loyalty marketing, Kelly has been published and quoted widely in business, marketing, and loyalty media. She has bylined articles in DM News, The DMA Insider, and DIRECT, and is often quoted by Newsweek, Advertising Age, and Smart Money. Kelly has been a featured presenter at many industry conferences, and she leads LoyaltyOne Consulting's faculty in teaching a series of loyalty marketing workshops and webinars around the world.

Kelly's extensive knowledge of loyalty marketing is supported by expertise in direct marketing, consumer research, and customer analysis. Her previous experience includes marketing positions with Buyers Choice (now The Polk Company), ACS, Inc., a database marketing company, and Equifax Consumer Direct.

 

Colleen Becker
Consultant, LoyaltyOne Consulting

Colleen Becker is a seasoned loyalty marketing professional having spent the last 12 years consulting with and working for a breadth of Fortune 500 companies world-wide. As a consultant for LoyaltyOne Consulting since 2006, Colleen has worked for a variety of companies such as Spiegel, Western Union, Speedway SuperAmerica, Procter and Gamble, Toys “R” Us and others to develop comprehensive loyalty strategies from top to bottom, providing strategic guidance on everything from loyalty best practices and strategic program design to value proposition development and communications strategies. Colleen is also a contributing editor to COLLOQUY.

Prior to joining LoyaltyOne Consulting, Colleen served as a Loyalty Manager for Best Buy Inc. where she managed the highly successful Reward Zone program and led the transition from a fee-based program to a free program, including value proposition development, customer research, pilot test execution and evaluation and the national launch plan. She has also held several senior loyalty marketing positions during her 10 year tenure at Carlson Marketing where she worked in both their U.S. and European offices for a variety of clients including; Sprint, Bristol-Myers Squibb, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Belgacom Mobile, Electrabel , Polkomtel S.A., Motorola Asia Pacific and others.

Colleen graduated with a BA in Marketing Management and French from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

 

Allison Cripps
Consultant, LoyaltyOne Consulting

As a LoyaltyOne consultant, Allison Cripps belongs to a team of internationally recognized practitioners, working with such notable clients as MGM MIRAGE, Eddie Bauer, Best Buy, HP Software, and VISA International. She advises clients across the myriad of global industry and services in a broad spectrum of loyalty best practices, including program design, evaluation and growth strategies.

Allison joined LoyaltyOne Consulting in 2007 having served in a breadth of loyalty disciplines in the hospitality, luxury, retail and telecommunications industries throughout her 15 years of loyalty marketing experience. Her extensive knowledge of loyalty marketing is supported by expertise in program strategy, strategic marketing, CRM, and loyalty technology. Allison specializes in helping companies design and implement the best loyalty strategies and programs to meet their business objectives while creating true value for their clients or customers.

Allison’s previous experience includes senior loyalty marketing positions with LesConcierges, The Leading Hotels of the World, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Cox Communications. She also serves as a pro-bono loyalty consultant for several non-profit organizations in the San Francisco area.

Allison's has been called on throughout her career to write and speak on the value of loyalty marketing in driving financial return, particularly at global hospitality conferences for The Leading Hotels of the World. Her favorite course to teach to date has been her patented "Analytics Bootcamp.”

 

Nicole Fleiner
Consultant, LoyaltyOne Consulting

As a LoyaltyOne consultant, Nicole Fleiner belongs to a team of internationally recognized practitioners who have worked with such notable clients as MGM MIRAGE, Best Buy, SuperValu and VISA International. Her expertise in the strategic development, expansion and optimization of customer loyalty initiatives benefits clients across North America. Nicole is based in Dallas, TX.

Nicole has more than 12 years experience developing comprehensive loyalty strategies – from value proposition and enrollment strategies to communications and implementation plans. She has managed engagements with multiple fortune 500 companies including Shell, H-E-B, CompUSA, Best Buy, Toys “R” Us and Procter & Gamble.

Before joining LoyaltyOne Consulting, Nicole worked in senior roles for a number of LoyaltyOne lines of business, honing her loyalty expertise in the grocery, fuel, B2B, coalition and specialty retail industries. She believes in a hands-on approach and a philosophy of examining the impacts of loyalty strategies across the entire organization, from marketing and finance to technology and operations.

Nicole holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree in Marketing and Tourism from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Canada.

 

Chris Fischer
Senior Director, LoyaltyOne Consulting

Chris Fischer is a seasoned loyalty marketing professional having spent the past decade consulting with and designing programs for Fortune 500 companies world-wide. Although a recent addition to the LoyaltyOne Consulting team, Chris joined Alliance Data in 2006 as a consultant focusing on the AIR MILES Reward Program marketing activities and the development of PRECIMA, an enterprise customer management solution focusing on the grocery and pharmaceutical retail industries.

Chris’s previous experience includes leading loyalty consulting engagements that focused on program design, development and implementation in highly competitive industries where he worked with such notable clients as Sony, United Airlines, Allstate Insurance, Wells Fargo, E-Trade, Borders, Bloomingdale’s, Disney World, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Chris’s engagements and recommendations included acquisition, stimulation and retention strategies across multiple channels, leveraging cost effective and successful technologies and tactics.

The Lacek Group (now Ogilvy One) and Brierley+Partners, is where Chris gained his initial loyalty marketing experience. Prior to joining the loyalty industry, Chris spent 8 years in financial management at General Mills, Inc, and three years in consumer electric marketing. He holds a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College and an MBA in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

 

Sol Zia
Consultant, LoyaltyOne Consulting

As a LoyaltyOne consultant, Sol Zia belongs to a team of internationally recognized practitioners who have worked with such notable clients as MGM MIRAGE, Best Buy, SuperValu and VISA International. His expertise in customer relationship metrics, marketing optimization and strategic analytics helps advise clients on results-proven practices of the loyalty marketing industry.

Sol boasts more than 15 years experience in consulting, analytics and customer relationship management. Most notably, he worked with Microsoft leading the measurement and learning campaign for the launch of Windows Vista and worked with Cathay Pacific focusing on their North American segmentation. Sol also held significant roles working with other corporate clients including Discover Card, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo, Sears, Unilever, Toyota and Nortel.

Before joining LoyaltyOne Consulting, he worked as senior vice president with McCann Worldgroup in San Francisco leading the data and analytics group. Prior to McCann, Sol was the associate vice president of database marketing for AEGON Direct Marketing Services (ADMS) leading a large-scale analytic and CRM projects intended to integrate ADMS marketing operations for all sites into a single end-to-end marketing solution.

Sol’s vast consulting experience is complemented by an extensive speaking and writing resume that includes appearances at some of North America’s largest marketing conferences. His areas of expertise include marketing optimization, predictive modeling and ROI measurement. He is also quite involved in the CRM/Analytics business community and continues to be a regular contributor to industry forums and activities.
