As the Web Administrator of COLLOQUY, the
most comprehensive loyalty-marketing web site in the world, Josh Milner
is responsible for the ongoing management and enhancement of colloquy.com.
He oversees the strategic planning and implementation of electronic media
and Internet marketing initiatives as well as managing all e-commerce
and content management functionality. |
A seasoned writer, he also develops web content for COLLOQUY’s weekly
email Market Alert and serves as the magazine’s sports and entertainment
Contributing Editor. Josh’s technical expertise has contributed to COLLOQUY’s
improved operations by the establishment of enhanced search functions, lead
generation reports, monitoring and improving search engine positions and tracking
visitor activities.
Josh previously worked for Barclay Common Communication as an information designer
and Technical Writer. He also served as an information designer and technical
writer at Intuit, Inc. where he created and maintained content for QuickBooks
Online Help, FAQs and Knowledgebase.
Josh received his BA in psychology from Brandeis University and a technical
writing certificate from Northeastern University.
