The Warwick Beacon reports that the Rhode Island Airport Corporation has created a frequent parker program which earns a frequent parker roughly one free day of parking for every ten. According to the article, "To sign up for the program, folks are asked to log on to parkpvdairport.com and follow a series of instructions. A personalized card will be sent to the person’s address. The card allows the individual to swipe it into an electronic terminal in the parking lot, which means the holder doesn’t need to worry about receiving a ticket. A receipt is then generated by email, and the frequent parker earns points. The point system will equate to roughly one free day of parking for every ten the individual parks his or her vehicle in the lot."
