Overstock.com upgrades Club O customer rewards program

As mentioned in COLLOQUY Breaking News in May, Overstock.com, Inc. has formally announced major upgrades and improvements to the company’s Club O program. Club O is Overstock.com’s customer rewards program which provides members with discounts and exclusive promotions. The upgrades to the program include earning five percent in reward dollars to be used towards future Overstock.com purchases, including gift cards at Overstock.com.  Members can now combine Club O Rewards Dollars with other Overstock.com coupon offers. They will also receive free shipping on orders over $25 made up exclusively of books, media, movies and games.

Members will have access to member-only invitations to product previews, exclusive sales and shopping events and direct access to the company’s exclusive Club O Rewards Customer Care Team.

Under the new program, Existing Club O members will immediately receive these program improvements and upgrades and newly interested customers can sign up for a one-year Club O membership for $19.95.
