As Senior Editor, COLLOQUY, Phaedra leads the creation of new editorial pieces for multiple distinct content platforms in the COLLOQUY media enterprise: COLLOQUY magazine, the Enterprise Loyalty in Practice journal, COLLOQUY web site, COLLOQUY social media blog, COLLOQUY Network Partner content commitments as well as other LoyaltyOne vehicles.

Prior to joining COLLOQUY, Phaedra was Contributor to Fortune, Small Business, Staff Writer for Inc. and Contributing Editor for Virginia Living. Her award-winning work has been published in the Wall Street Journal, Glamour, Salon, Forbes, Popular Mechanics, Ladies’ Home Journal, Prevention and Smithsonian Air & Space. She has written five books, most recently Secret Lives of Hoarders, based on the A&E television series Hoarders.

Phaedra has given radio commentary and interviews, appeared on national television, and speaks regularly at conferences and universities. She holds a B. A. in English Literature from Rhodes College, Memphis, Tennessee and lives in Richmond, Virginia.
